As part of our personal shopping service, we offer our customers the opportunity to take advantage of a 20% discount at Flannels. Simply send us a WhatsApp message using the link below and you can speak directly with our personal shopping team who can talk you through the next steps. We work with you to place your order through our system and are on hand as the order progresses to you. We charge a one-time £25 fee to accommodate the order which includes sending the items out to you once they arrive.

Frasers Group, which owns Flannels have a Loyalty Program called Elite Plus. Our team have access to the loyalty program which grants them 20% off their orders.

This is a genuine service provided by our personal shopping team. We build the order inside our account and ship the order out to you when it arrives with us.
